Curing Cyber-Sex Infidelity

Studies show that about 60% of married men cheat at least once in their marriage and about 40% of women are unfaithful, too.

Both men and women are very capable of being unfaithful in marriage even though society perceives men to be the sex that cheats; this stereotype is not true, though - both men and women are unfaithful in marriage.

Some psychologists even predict that the number of women who are unfaithful in marriage is far higher. Reasons given are that women are not as prone to being caught and men are more honest about it when confronted. So, what really causes a spouse to become unfaithful?

Although unknown for sure, it is safe to say that ever since we have had marriage, we have also had adultery. It is not a likely thing to want to admit but adultery dates back to biblical times.

For example, Jesus went to the Mount of Olives and spoke about a woman who had sex without marriage. Adultery was then punishable by stoning to death. Jesus told the accusers, "Let the person without sin throw the first stone." Since the discovery of social networking sites, dating sites and chat rooms, being unfaithful in marriage - especially through the Internet - has skyrocketed despite Biblical admonitions against it.

Such websites as The Ashley Madison Agency have even turned to making a profit from those who become unfaithful in their marriage. The website is solely designed for those married spouses who are seeking to become unfaithful in their marriage.

Consider this fact reported last year at a convention of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers: Two-thirds of attorneys surveyed said the Internet played a significant role in the termination of marriage in the prior 12 months with excessive interest in online porn contributing to more than half of such cases. As discussed below, many of these instances were uncovered through spy software.

Interestingly enough, this subject has also spawned a new type of software - spy software. Spy software is not spyware! Since it is becoming increasingly difficult to find out whether your spouse has been, or is being, unfaithful, especially through the secrecy of the web, "significant others" use spy software more and more to uncover the truth about their relationships.

Marriage partners are employing spy software to check on the spouse they are suspicious about through the computer.

Studies show most of the time a spouse will begin unfaithfulness on the family computer and that is why spy software is so potent!

The difficulty arises when a spouse starts using a business computer or laptop to abandon their marriage. There is plenty of software on the market for this though, but one brand of spy software that surpasses all of the competition is that of Awareness Technologies of Marina del Rey, California.

The key to spy software is to choose one that monitor's everything your spouse does. The Awareness spy software uniquely monitors Instant Messages, email, desktop activity, websites, and even logs all keystrokes. Spy software is easy to install and in the case of WebWatcher or SONAR, easy to monitor.

Suspecting that your spouse is cheating is a feeling that you do not want to admit, but it is also something that you do not want to disregard, either. Marriage is based on trust and loyalty and while you may only suspect that your spouse is being unfaithful, you have to trust your instincts and verify it with products such as Awareness Technologies' spy software - if for no other reason than to maintain your sanity.

Applying For Truck Permits

Applying for truck permits can be a big hassle, especially if you don't know the right place to go to, and the rules and regulations of getting a license issued in your name.

There is a lot of paper work involved, and you have to comply with many legal formalities. Truck drivers and heavy duty vehicle owners seek companies and organizations that can assist them to get permits issued in their name. Hence, as the demand and supply function behaves, we see many agencies that provide this service, popularly referred to as a truck permit service.

The agencies providing the truck permit service have to comply with the rules and regulations laid down by the authorized body.

Most of the companies provide the following services to the clients looking for truck permits.

Interstate Truck line Permits - The organizations assist individuals to acquire interstate Truck permits. This is necessary for heavy duty vehicles running on highways and carrying goods.

Temporary Truck Permits - the formalities, involved in getting a valid license are many, therefore, it takes a couple of week or sometimes even moths, to get a permanent license. Truck permit service providers help in getting temporary trucks permits issued in their client's name.

SSRS or Single State Registrations - As the governing authority may demand, the trucks operating in particular areas have to comply with Single State Registration regulations.

Compliance with FMCSA/MC rules and regulations - All forms have to be duly filled out, and it is to be ensured that the heavy duty vehicle operator has complied with all FMCSA laws.

Driver's Examination and Licensing Programs - The truck permit service providers play an important role in this aspect, they guide the drivers through out the examination program, and ensure, that a license is granted to them.

Drugs and Alcohol testing programs. - This is one of the most important aspects of the licensing program for the drivers.

Road Taxes, heavy duty vehicle operating permissions. - Before truck permits are granted, all road taxes and similar dues have to be cleared and heavy duty vehicle operating permission is required from the concerned authorities.

Another factor to consider when applying for a truck permit is the local, state, and federal fees involved. Many times you may be better off registering for the permit via another route so as to avoid the excessive fees that some areas charge.

Whatever type of truck permit you are applying for though be sure and complete all requirements so you do not get yourself in legal trouble.

Why Open an Online Casino Now?

The USA has banned online gambling. Or has it? Reading the Post Authority Law, I have found that what they have banned is financial transactions between US financial organizations and online casinos. Why? They cannot ban online casinos because these are not under their jurisdiction. So, have online casinos complied? Some. The large ones have such as Party Gaming and 888, but an American player can still play. So what does that tell us? That gambling is at an all time high in the US and across the world. People like to play games for cash because they love the adrenalin rush they get when they bet money on the outcome of a game. A law, that refuses to acknowledge this is doomed to fail just like a law disallowing people from crossing the road when the signal light is red. What About the Online Casinos? Some, like Golden Casino, use a different name as their financial entity and ,thus, effectively bypass the US law. It pretty much works like this: the online casino does not allow US players but they leave it up to the players to stop playing. In other words, they do accept them, but are legally not liable for them. So Why Should You Open an Online Casino NOW? The US is bubbling with online players anxious to find somewhere or some casino that will accept their cash and allow them to play there. You can take advantage of this gap and this urge and place your casino in that location. Mind you, this is not unique and many online casinos are trying to think of ways to serve the US crowd, but it still is a budding industry because the big players like Playtech and BetonSports have left. Why not get in there and take up that gap? Lets discuss this in financial terms. People are looking for this product and are scouring the city to find it. Why not open an online casino and offer them what they want? The initial costs are high, but the return on your investment will more than justify spending such large sums on purchasing the software. Note that running an online casino is not that difficult once you have bought the relevant software. Then, you have to spend on marketing this product. Use the relevant internet sites, and voile, players will start dropping in at an alarming rate. Another reason to buy or open an online casino is that the law will take a while to take effect. This means that people can still play at casinos without any fear of prosecution. So why not take a plunge? How Can I Open An Online Casino? Contact one of the many software companies dealing with gaming such as MicroGaming, OddsOn and many others and ask. Some of these will even allow you to use their services such as customer and technical services while you just sit back and watch the money grow in your account. Is that something or not? Conclusion: Opening or buying an online casino now is still if not more profitable than before. But do not take my word for it alone. Look up google or yahoo and research this for yourself. You will be surprised at the number of new casinos coming up. Join this rush for cash too or be left behind.

The Best Way To Buy Personalised Number Plates

Buying a personalised number plate from the DVLA or a dealer are just two of the ways you can buy the registration number of your dreams, there are many other ways that these desirable items are bought and sold. Here we will cover the major options available and offer advice on how to avoid problems during the transaction. Buying from a CNDA member ( cherished number dealer association ).A list of members is available at http://www.cnda.co.uk.Personalised number plate dealers are not licenced in the UK and anyone can start up trading without training or credentials. This can lead to transfers being cancelled or delayed due to inexperience. Buyers are also exposing themselves to potential fraud as some number plate websites do not divulge essential details such as proprietor, company registration number, real world postal address and traceable phone number.CNDA members are governed by the strict rules laid down by the association and are not considered for membership until they have been trading for some time, members details are displayed on their websites and the CNDA even offer an arbitration service in the case of dispute. Buying from non CNDA dealers. There has in recent years been an increase in the number of dealers, especially on the internet and whilst the majority are honest,it is impossible to know if the dealer you are considering is one of them. If you are going to order from such a dealer, always use a credit card and not a debit or switch card as this will afford you more protection against possible fraud. Buying off a private individual. In this case there is no go-between to protect both parties and it really is buyer beware.Whether you have found the number on an auction website or one of the broker sites there are a few things to remember when considering this buying option. If the number is already on retention, you will need to have your name added as nominee, when this has been done the safest thing to do is to meet the seller with cash and then take the retention document straight to a DVLA office with your vehicle documents and assign the number to the car.If the number is still on a vehicle, have the seller put it on retention with you as GRANTEE not nominee ( this is now possible after the CNDA successfully changed the law ).Once again, meet the seller with cash, however this time you need not rush to assign the registration as it is in your name.Do not pay money up front for a car to car transfer or even for a retention document, this too risky. Buying from a CNDA member is still the safest option when acquiring your personalised number plate but armed with a few facts it is still possible to use other routes if you are careful.

How To Utilize The Lemon Law

If you find yourself with a lemon of a vehilce, here are some tips to help you utilize the lemon law. Remember that if you're stuck with a lemon, your complaint is with the manufacturer. Although your instinct may be to blame the car dealer, the dealer is just the middleman for the defective product. 1. Document your repairs and be accurate with each problem. Obtain copies of all warranty repair orders from the dealer and keep notes of your reported problems. Also, keep notes of all conversations you have with service people, including the date, time and participants in these conversations. 2. Contact your state attorney general's office or conduct other research to determine the provisions of your state's lemon law. There are variations in each state's laws. 3. Determine whether your previous efforts to repair the problem satisfy the requirements of your state's lemon law. Most state laws allow the manu-facturer three or four chances to repair the defect or defects. 4. Write to the manufacturer if problems persist. Explain how burdensome it is to continually repair the car, and how your trust in the product's reliability has been shattered. Ask for reimbursement of your related expenses (such as a rental car, if it was needed), or other compensation for your troubled experience. Your particular state's lemon law will prescribe methods for doing so. 5. State in your letter that you wish to exercise your right to a refund or replacement of the vehicle, if you would rather not keep the lemon. Specify which option you desire. 6. Consider hiring an attorney if the manufacturer is unresponsive. Find an attorney who specializes in lemon-law cases. Remember, though, that only some state lemon laws allow a consumer to recover attorneys' fees when suing a manufacturer. Tips: Your best defense against an uncooperative manufacturer is a thorough, specific and accurate service-record paper trail. This shows that you made the correct number of attempts to have the problems fixed, whether the defect was the same each time, or several different ones.

How do you find a moving company?

Moving is a very tense and costly experience, and if you don't take safety measures it can quickly turn into a nightmare. So how do you find a moving company that you can confidence with everything that you own and feel safe in your decision? The first thing that you should do is put down your keyboard and step away from your computer. While there are some reputable moving companies that have web sites, nearly all of the victims that contact us found their moving company on the Internet. Your next step is to pick up your phone book, or call your local real estate agents and find at least three moving companies that have offices in your area. Try to find moving companies that have been in business at least ten years, and do not hire a moving broker. Current consumer protection laws related to the movement of household goods only apply to Motor Carriers and not to Household Goods Brokers. Set up appointments for them to come to your house and do an in-home estimate in the order of your least favorite to your most favorite company. If they won't come to your house to do an in-home estimate, hang up and find another company. Find out up front if the company will be doing the move themselves, or if they will be sub-contracting out the job. If they won't be moving you, then move on. You should also visit their office and make sure that the company is who they say they are. Check out their trucks and storage facility. Make sure that their trucks are permanently marked with the company’s name. As each moving company gives you an estimate based on what they see in your home, leave the paperwork out where the next moving company can easily see it. Ask questions about the difference in pricing since it may have to do with what services one company provides that another doesn’t the amount of insurance included, or valuation of your belongings. Never hire a mover who gives you a quote based on cubic feet. Never, ever sign blank paperwork, and know what you're signing. Read the document, understand it and don't worry about making the moving company wait. You should know that every moving company is required by law to provide you with a "Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move" booklet. If they don't provide you with this, send them packing (so to speak). Also, while you have the sales rep's attention, get as much information about the company that you can such as: * Full company name and any DBA names (doing business as) * How long they have been in business * Company address * Phone numbers (local and toll-free) * DOT and MC license numbers * Company web site address * Email addresses * Get references (and call them) Now that you have your three estimates, it's time to get back online. This is where the Internet is a powerful tool for the consumer, and where all of that information that you gathered pays off. Many states make it easy to search for corporate information online. We've made it easy to find each state's corporation search. Just select the state on our Links page that your moving company is based. If you can't search online, then call your secretary of state's office and ask for the articles of incorporation. You can use the Articles of Incorporation that you find to verify how long your moving company has been in business, as well as the company's address and owner's name. Remember those DOT and MC license numbers that you wrote down? Well, it's time to make sure that your moving company not only has the license authority to perform your move, but if they have the insurance to make it legal! Let's start with SaferSys.org. SaferSys is the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's (FMCSA) web site to search for motor carrier license information. First click on Company Snapshot in the center of the page. In the center of the next web page, you'll see a search area. Put in your company's DOT license number, and click 'Search'. If the DOT number that they gave you is accurate (which it better be or it's time to move on again) you'll be presented with a screen with lots of information. Here are some key elements to the SaferSys report ..

How to get Online Gambling legalized in the USA

For many people the several hors drive to the nearest casino just is not realistic because of their busy lives, in California last week a man was arrested for locking his kids in the car while he went into a casino to gamble, but he would have been able to sit at home and watch his kids if he could have logged into an online casino. But the law is reversible. Now is the time when politicians who have been eyeing the ultimate seat of power will start declaring their intention on running in the next presidential election. This is where the American people have the power. Now is the time to start protesting the Unlawful gambling act. Thru protest at the candidate’s rallies you will tell them this is an issue that is not going away. The issue of online gambling managed to get the American people to put the Democrats into power in congress, and now it can do the same for the highest political office in the United States. When ever a presidential hopeful is appearing in your area you should hold a rally outside where ever it is the candidate will be appearing. Try to locate the entrance and exit they will use and make sure t have people with signs and chanting slogans. By making Online Gambling a hot issue the candidate will have to address it. If a candidate can not get votes they will not win so if they think they can win by getting the gambling vote they will take up your cause. Besides protests, I also recommend Letter writing campaigns: letter writing campaigns are a great tool it allows you to tell your leaders how you feel and gives them a good sense of how strong the American people feel about the subject. Petitions: petitions are much the same as letter writing except that instead of thousands of letters the receiver of the petition only gets 1 letter with the names of all the signatures on it. The internet is a great tool for protesting, it allows you to pass your letter or petition to people not only all over the country but the entire world, and can also help spread useful information about protest marches by being accessible to everyone with an internet connection There are also several myspace pages dedicated to trying to get the laws changed thru protest. The Angryonlinegambler is one such page. He not only offers an online petition but also a message board for people to leave messages about gatherings, and rants about how the government is making the wrong decisions. It is also important to highlight the benefits to legalized online gambling Millions of dollars a year could go to the American Government from taxing American player’s winnings, and if American land based casinos were allowed to get into the action then the government could make hundreds of millions for schools, and to further the war on terrorism. Legalized Online Gambling in the USA would create hundreds of thousand if not millions of much needed new jobs in the customer service industry in the United States and would there for benefit the government.

Graphics For The Motorcycle Helmet

Buying a motorcycle is not that different from buying a car. Prospective buyers need to first check the models that are available in the market and then select the one that is most appropriate to their needs and of course to their budget. But focusing too much on the features can actually make one forget to buy one thing that is really essential when purchasing a motorcycle— the helmet.

Motorcycle helmets are so important and vital to one’s safety that state laws have actually required people to wear them while riding the bike. There are many types to choose from. But whatever the designs or the materials, the person should check the helmet for safety and comfort before buying it and cruising down the highway on the motorbike.

People will notice that most of the headgears sold come in bright colors such as white, red, yellow and orange. The reason for this is to warn other drivers, who are yards away. Bright colors are more visible especially at night.

Some people, however, feel that bright colors are not enough for the safety of the biker. The number of accidents has actually gone up by 12 percent compared to last year’s in a report given by the Bicycle Helmet Safety Institute. The only way to prevent the numbers from further going up is to provide added protection, perhaps in terms of blinking lights, spray paints and even glittering stickers.

Most people put reflective stickers on the side and back of the helmet. Others spray paint this with a certain design. Since the cost for both is almost the same, the person can try having both after choosing the right graphics.

Lightning bolt, reflective eagle, checker flag and halo are just some of the hundreds of graphics that can be placed on the helmet. These are usually one or three inches long going from one side of the headgear to the next. The individual will not have a hard time looking for an auto detailing shop that offer these services. Some can be found around the neighborhood while others over the Internet.

The individual should however look at the catalog before making any decision. The price for the graphics may go from $4 to $8 a piece. This will depend on how complex the design is especially if it is custom-made. It is advisable then to compare the prices offered because it is possible that one dealer will give this at a more affordable rate with an added freebie.

When a graphic design is chosen, the person will have to leave the helmet with the manufacturer. Some even ship it back. The helmets will then be returned in a few days.

People will notice the difference between a plain and colored helmet and one that has graphics on it. For as long as people ride motorcycles, there will always be a market for those who want something different on their helmet.
